There are 3 steps to registering for Genesis if this is your first time:
Fill out Their Volunteer page
Go back and click on the background Check link on their volunteer page (good for 1 year)
Click on Pay link here on our site and register to attend & Pay
COST:
$20
(due at registration) You will also need to register as a volunteer with the shelter and fill out out their volunteer application for cost of $9.95 (if you go multiple times this is just a one time fee)
*Must be at least 16 to register
*if you are 16-18 and coming with your mom you dont have to complete the background check just the volunteer form
We will be providing breakfast for all of the women and children at the shelter.
This trip is limited to 8 women
We will leave at 6:30am to prepare breakfast.
Breakfast will be served from 8:00-10:00am
Dress:
No open toed shoes, shorts must be knee length, no tank tops, baseball cap (or hair net).
If you have a Belle & Sparrows shirt please wear it - if you would like to purchase it they are $25 and you can purchase in advance from the website.
What to bring:
Drivers license (must match your application).
