With a background in marketing and retail operations, Karey found her true calling working in the non-profit world when she joined the Belle & Sparrows team in 2021. She is extremely passionate about sharing the mission of Belle & Sparrows with the community. Serving women around the world who need to hear they are loved, seen, and worthy, makes her position the perfect fit. Karey received her BBA from Texas A&M University and resides in Celina with her husband and two daughters.

Sheylla was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She is a third-year corporate communications student with a minor in business at Penn State. She loves to be involved, her leadership positions include president, public relations, and active member of societies such as the Student Organization of Latinos (SOL), Student Government Association (SGA), Volleyball Team, Corporate Communications Club, and others. Her future career plan includes owning a marketing agency to fulfill my passion in building a personal brand, become a mentor, help businesses flourish, and provide resources and jobs to the community.
