Our Current Needs:

     Golf Tournament Volunteer: Help in any aspect of preparing for this event: set up, clean up, collect donations,  help with check in, servers, greeters etc. 

Administration: Do you like to create spreadsheets, organize papers, put together training packets, make copies etc. - then we need you!

Hospitality:  Do you enjoy setting up for events, registration, sign-in, picking up food, making coffee, greeting guests etc.  You are our person! 

Social Media:  Are you current with the pulse of social media, know all there is to know about Facebook. Instagram and Twitter and want to help keep our social media pages going?  Let us know and we will share our needs with you! 




How to apply

If you are interested in a non-paying internship we would LOVE to speak with you! We can give you credit hours for school and you will be working with THE most awesome women on the planet.  Internships will vary based on current needs but will be a great experience in ministry, missions and non-profit work.


Belle and Sparrows, a faith-based 501(c)3, a by women for women short term mission organization who aims to share the gospel, instill worthiness and teach income earning skills to women locally and globally. www.belleandsparrows.org 

Belle and Sparrows is seeking a Marketing Intern to spearhead marketing efforts and an Events Intern to assist with all events.  



  •      Marketing of trips, service opportunities events and merchandise to churches and other outlets

  •     Identify public relations opportunities and write and execute press releases

  •      Promote and secure speaking engagements

  •      Manage content for social media platforms including, Instagram, twitter, blogs, Facebook pages, and YouTube.


Work closely with Special Events Coordinator to assist with event management, pre-event and onsite communication, facility rentals, in-house events.

  •      Seeking a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications

  •       Must possess a collaborative, positive attitude and work well with team members

  •       Must be flexible and adaptable 

  •       Results-oriented and dependable


This is an unpaid internship.

Duration & Hours

January 2019 through May 2019

Must be able to work 5 – 10 hours a week.


Work from home; meetings with co-founders will take place in Plano area
